The BICC Inc. was founded in 2000, by Mr. Gias Uddin and other members. Prayers at that time were being held in a basement apartment. Around 2011, the building was under new management and we were forced to relocate. BICC was conducting Jumah prayers at a local church and actively looking for a place we can call our own.
Our Mission
Our mission is, “To provide multifaceted services to the Muslim community of Brooklyn and beyond that will fulfil their religious, social, cultural, educational, and recreational needs through building and maintaining appropriate facilities.”
